OBJECTIVE
:
Develop a contact management application for generating and tracking mass mailing and email campaigns that draws contact data from established in-house practice management accounting software, purchased mailing lists, seminar attendees, and a variety of professional and other listings. Allow in-house mailings processing and provide the option to port addresses in email attachments to subcontracted mailing services.

REQUIREMENT:
Allow any contact to be assigned to any number of groups (contact types) for targeted mailings by type, region, state, postal code. Program "smart" on-going automated downloads from patient, client and staff records that scrub and format these data, identify and remove duplicate records, flag incoming records for update, append, replacement or deletion, and cull records with incomplete data for review.

RESULTS EXPERIENCED BY CLIENT:
The ability to manage contact campaigns internally using accurate and up-to-date lists for well-defined target groups eliminated redundant contacts, reduced printing and postage fees, and resulted in cost-effective campaigns with improved response rates. Once verified, qualified contacts were exported to fund drive and donation tracking efforts.

DISTINCTIVE APPLICATION FEATURES:

  • Unlimited contact group assignments per contact
  • Automated "smart" data import and scrubbing routines
  • Ability to exclude contacts of a specific age
  • "Head-of-Household" mailings that send only one mailing to a family or group location
